At Pink City Designer, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Product must have original tags and packaging
  • Return is only applicable for defective, damaged, or wrong product received

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or stitched products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Blouses stitched as per customer measurements

  • Refund will be processed after product inspection
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days
  •  For Approved returns/exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered with 5-7 business days
  • Return Timeframe - Customers can raise a request for a return or refund within 2 days of delivery

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues or defective products
  • Subject to product availability

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer may need to bear return shipping charges (if applicable)

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we will cover shipping cost

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If still not received, contact us
